PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with a cast product composed of a metal- ceramics composite material having no defect is obtained with high yield by preventing development bubble from being caused when molten metal is poured. SOLUTION: A mold structure is used for casting of the metal-ceramics composite material, in which the ceramic powder or the ceramic fiber is used as a reinforcing material and an aluminum or an aluminum alloy is used as a matrix. This mold is provided with a pouring box having larger diameter than the diameter of a sprue and further, a throttle sprue whose diameter is reduced on the way of the sprue, and a runner formed as almost U-shape. Then, the molten composite material is cast into this mold structure further provided with a bubble-up part before filter part at the upper part of the runner formed as almost U-shape to obtain the cast product.
