PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tibial element of artificial knees for replacement having a tibial tray. SOLUTION: The tibial element of artificial knees for replacement has the tibial tray 1 and a fixing means 8 for fixing a support member 2 arranged at an upper part of the tray. The support member 2 is provided with two grooves vertically being separated at an interval and the upper groove acts to position and fix a boss 8 provided on the tray 1. The two are interlinked to let the boss 8 move between the both.
