PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a rotary damper built in a suspension device of a vehicle in common to the right and left sides of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: Right and left end parts of a cross member 1 fixed to the lower side of the vehicle body 2 and each axle carrier 6 with right and left rear wheels 7 fitted thereto are connected to each other via a rotary damper 11, each rotary damper 11 is provided with a shaft part protruded only in one axial direction from a housing, the shaft part of the rotary damper 11 is directed in the longitudinal direction opposite to each other on the right and left sides of the vehicle body 2, and the vertical displacement of the rear wheels 7 to the vehicle body 2 is transmitted to the rotary damper 11 as the rotational force.
