PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furniture article to be adopted to furniture bodies of various sizes without designing a specific support plate according to the size of each furniture body. SOLUTION: The furniture article comprises the furniture body, a support column 2 and a support part 3. The support part 3 comprises a center plate 4, divided plates 5, and a connecting ring 6. The divided plates 5 are ring-shaped plates, and are disposed outside the center plate 4. The center plate 4 and the divided plates 5 have plural connecting rods 9 on their lower surfaces. The connecting ring 6 comprises a center connecting ring 6A and an outer periphery connecting ring 6B. The center connecting ring 6A has ornament rings 7 disposed in the outer periphery of the center plate 4, and the connecting rod 9 of the center plate 4 is inserted into a through-hole 10 of a connecting plate 8. The outer periphery connecting ring 6B has an ornament ring 7 disposed in the outer periphery of the divided plates 5. The connecting rods 9 of the divided plates 5 and the center plate 4 are inserted into the through-holes 10 of the connecting plate 8, so that the center plate 4 and the divided plates 5 are connected.
