PURPOSE: A process of preparing a transdermal absorption patch comprising a water soluble supporter, a drug layer and removable release paper is provided. Whereby, the patch is easily removed from the skin by washing with water and avoids the defects such as pain or skin damage when removed from the skin after application to the skin. CONSTITUTION: This transdermal absorption patch comprises a water soluble supporter(11), a drug layer containing an adhesive polymer material(14) and pharmacologically active material(12) and removable release paper(13), wherein the water soluble supporter and drug layer is a single layer or multilayer, and the water soluble supporter is selected from polyvinyl alcohol and a copolymer thereof and solubilized in the range of 0 to 90deg.C.
