PURPOSE: A small farmland cultivating apparatus of counter turn manner is provided to enable a woman or old person to easily manage the apparatus even in a place between hills or narrow space by crushing soil with a plurality of blades. CONSTITUTION: The small farmland cultivating apparatus of counter turn manner comprises: an engine(90) having a crank shaft extending downward; a gear box having a worm screw mounted to the crank shaft and a worm wheel engaged with the worm screw; a horizontal main shaft(116) rotated by the worm wheel; and a plurality of rotating disk shaped blades(130a,130b,130c,130d) located at the both sides of the gear box to be rotated by the main shaft, and the blades take a counter turn manner that a resistance of cultivation acts downward.
