SUBSTANCE: method includes forced mixing in mixer closed space of mineral binder, fine filler, nonmetallic fiber in the form of mineral fibers and water for mixing. Forced mixing of components of dispersed-reinforced mortar is performed in three stages. At the first stage, dry mineral binder is mixed with fine filler in ratio of 1:(1-3) for 2-6 min. At the second stage, mineral fiber is supplied whose diameter and length are 0.25-3.0 and 0.25-2000 mcm, respectively, and dispersed by dynamic action on it of mixture prepared at the first stage of mineral binder and fine filler, with mineral fiber to mixture ratio of 1:(10-100) and velocity of motion of components by mixer working member equal to 9-60 m/s for 5-30 min. At the third stage, dry components of dispersed-reinforced mortar is gradually wetted for 15-45 s with mixing water in amount of 0.20-0.36 weight parts of mineral binder. EFFECT: improved structure of produced dispersed-reinforced mortar, increased degree of its homogeneity and density. 9 cl |
