Said device is made in the form of perforated diaphragm, with diameter of each perforation being equal to 0.8-1.2 the length of air chamber portion arranged behind diaphragm in front of spray nozzle. Spray nozzle is made conoid-shaped. Wire convergence point is arranged on spray axis within the range of spray core.
