SUBSTANCE: along with resolving therapy, during 14-21 d, at two courses at 1-mo- long interval, intake of adaptogens it is suggested to detect the degree ovarian dysfunctions according to the tests of functional diagnostics and the level of serum peripheral ovarian hormones in both phases of menstrual cycle and, thus, prescribe hormonal therapy for 6 months. Moreover, women with a 2-phase menstrual cycle are prescribed to use "Gynecohel" homeopathic preparation, patients above 45 years with the signs of hypoestrogenia, functional ovarian cysts are prescribed to apply oral contraceptives, in case of hyperestrogenia signs gestagens are prescribed during the second stage of menstrual cycle, and patients above 45 years old in case of neuroendocrine complains should undergo a substitutional hormonotherapy.
