PURPOSE: A shooting device is provided to protect a user from being damaged by preventing a propelling section for shooting a bullet from being outwardly shot together with the bullet. CONSTITUTION: A propelling section(110) is accommodated in a shooting barrel(100). The propelling section(110) is integrally coupled with a bullet(50) to be shot through a connection ring(120). The propelling section(110) includes a case(111) and solid fuel filled in the case(111). The connection ring(120) has a predetermined width and is formed with first and second supporting strips(121,123). Stepped surfaces(51,111a) are formed at a rear end of the bullet(50) and at an outer peripheral portion of the case(111). When the bullet(50) and the propelling section(110) are positioned in a space section(117), the connection ring(120) is released so that the bullet(50) is only shot. Thus, an inner area of the space section(117) is longer than an outer diameter of the connection ring(120).
