Characteristic feature of meter and technical result of proposal lies in mutual correction of two radio engineering and one nonradio engineering filters, in adaptation to present errors of evaluation of range and speed of approach, in high accuracy and stability of tracking of intensively maneuvering objects, in high indices of secrecy and noise immunity of operation, in enlarged storage time in absence of signals reflected from tracked objects and in low requirements to computer system by speed of response and storage capacity.
