SUBSTANCE: method for predicting the development of allergic process is based upon detecting the reactivity of peripheral blood immunocompetent cells in vitro and calculating the value for cytokine regulation activity determined due to the ratio of induced yield of cytokines (stimulated) to spontaneous one (unstimulated). The method enables to reliably determine the initial stage in the development of allergic process in case of no clinical signs that favors to apply it in clinical practice to reveal risk groups and conduct adequate correction of cytokine regulation disorders.
