Motion nut of screw converter is articulated with motion rods running in through holes of end shield and connected with axial force transfer member. Pneumatic cylinder body is connected with movable-electrode tube oil pumping unit housing; piston rod of pneumatic cylinder is received by through hole of end shield and is articulated with axial force transfer member.
