PURPOSE: Provided is an enhancer for a biological response modifier for the treatment of lymphoid tumors. It comprises an antibody that specifically binds to protein expressed in lymphocytic tumors as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: The enhancer for a biological response modifier comprises, as an active ingredient, an antibody that specifically binds to protein having the amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 5 and that has a cytotoxic activity, wherein the lymphocytic tumors are T cell tumors, B cell tumors; the antibody is monoclonal antibody having the constant region C gamma of human antibody; the cytotoxic activity is ADCC activity.
