PURPOSE: To provide a long-life lighting device with a front-light touch panel which can make up a reflective liquid crystal display device not easy to be visualized with little moire with which, light incident from a side face is emitted from the bottom face effectively with fine vertical directivity in bright display, of which display image is hardly in disorder. CONSTITUTION: With the lighting device with the touch panel (10), a light source (2) at an incident side face of a light guide plate (1) made of a plate-shaped thing emitting light from an incident side face (1c) from the bottom face (1b) through light-emitting means (A) formed on the top face (1a), on which top face a touch panel (4) is bonded through a bonding layer (3) and the light- emitting means (A) have micro-grooves (A) made of concave parts of nearly cross section triangle discontinuously arranged, which are provided with light passage changing slopes and elevated faces, and the reflective liquid crystal display device is provided with a reflective liquid crystal display panel (70) at the bottom face side of lighting device with the touch panel.
