PURPOSE: A bumper rail of a vehicle is provided to increase strength of the bumper rail and reduce a weight without adding the other reinforcing plate at a place requiring a reinforcing strength. CONSTITUTION: A bumper rail is composed of a front beam(1) and a rear beam(2). The front beam is curved smoothly to a longitudinal direction, and has a cross section of a concave and convex shape. The rear beam is manufactured similarly to the front beam, and welded and attached at an entire rear side of the front beam. A heat treatment portion(4) is formed at a central portion of the front beam. The heat treatment portion is formed by irradiating a laser.
