METHOD AND DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY PRODUCING PAPER CUP BODY BY ROTARY AUTOMATIC SEQUENCE CONTROL

PURPOSE: A method and a device for automatically and continuously producing paper cup bodies are provided to make the attachment part of a paper cup body completely and safely adhere when a turntable rotates one time by adopting a turntable rotation method. CONSTITUTION: A raw paper supply unit supplies raw paper sheets one by one to a guide rail. A transferring unit transfers the raw paper sheets one by one by the guide rail and a moving unit. A bending unit heats and bends one side of the raw paper. A melting-compression forming unit compresses the raw paper by melting. A rotary transferring unit rotates a cup body in 90 angular degrees. A transferring turntable transfers the cup body to a bottom sheet forming turn table(39). The bottom sheet forming turntable includes a bottom sheet raw paper supply unit(41) and a bottom sheet forming unit(37). An upper end forming turntable forms the upper end portion of a cup. The formed cup is discharged to a packing chamber by a transferring pipe.
