ULTRASONIC SPRAYER USING CERAMIC OSCILLATOR FOR LIQUID FUEL SPRAYING

PURPOSE: A ceramic oscillator inserted into a head of ultrasonic sprayer is provided to spray liquid fuel homogeneously. Accordingly, the ultrasonic sprayer increases output voltage of ceramic oscillator and improves energy efficiency due to low consumption current and power in generating ultrasonic waves. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic oscillator composition is expressed by the formula of Pb1-x Srx£(Sb1/2Nb1/2)0.035(Mn1/3Nb2/3)0.065(Zr0.49Ti0.51)0.90|O3, wherein x is in the range of 0.02<=x<=0.06 mole. The ultrasonic sprayer(12) comprises a head containing an inflow channel(14) of liquid fuel and a nozzle(16). The consumption current and power of the ceramic oscillator are 80mA and 18W, respectively, in generating ultrasonic waves.
