PURPOSE: A booming noise-reducing structure of a roof headliner of a vehicle is provided to sharply reduce booming noise produced through a roof headliner in travelling. CONSTITUTION: A foam block(13) is installed between the roof(11) of a vehicle(10) and a roof headliner(12), to control the vibration of the roof headliner. Booming noise can be controlled to the utmost because the vibration is absorbed and removed at the foam block though vibration occurs at the range of the predetermined revolution per minute when the vehicle runs. Therefore, the riding comfort is improved and the marketability of the vehicle is greatly improved.
