PURPOSE: An oil-water emulsion apparatus is provided to supply emulsion fuel oil into a boiler within a short time period by preheating emulsion fuel oil through a heat-exchange electric heater. CONSTITUTION: In a normal operation state, a lower level of a level adjuster of an emulsion supplying tank is above 20 liter. When emulsion fuel oil is consumed by the operation of a boiler, a lower level signal is detected at the level adjuster. Based on the detected signal, a control panel operates a pump so that emulsion fuel oil is supplied to an emulsion feeding tank from an emulsion tank. When 80 liter of emulsion fuel oil is supplied to the emulsion feeding tank from the emulsion tank, a lower level sensor of the level adjuster is operated so that the pump stops its operation. Then, a signal is sent to a raw material input section so that a water shutting valve is opened, thereby carrying out the first batch operation. An additive input pump adjusts an rpm of a DC motor such that 0.4 liter of oil is inputted during 60 seconds. Additive supplied from an additive tank is mixed with BC-oil in an S-type mixer.
