PURPOSE: A device for generating power by using a fan installed behind a rudder is provided to generate strong power by making a fan react on the friction of the water. CONSTITUTION: A power transmitting shaft(7) is installed in a fan support(8). The power of the fan is transmitted to an acceleration gear(9) installed in a ship. Then, a power generator(10) is rotated at a high speed and power is generated. Herein, a fan(5) is installed behind a rudder(3). Since the ship drives forward, the fan doubly receives the friction of the water. According to the friction of the water, the fan rotates strongly. Thus, strong power is generated.
