PURPOSE: To automatically and timely transfer preprepared and produced e-mail to a particular transfer destination on a communication network such as the Internet in accordance with equipment for living and personal movement. CONSTITUTION: A communication terminal attaches a transfer trigger condition specified by particular event information to e-mail according to a prescribed rule and transmits the e-mail to a communication server device 1 arranged on the communication network. The communication server device 1 receives the e-mail together with the transfer trigger condition, registers the e-mail and automatically transfers corresponding e-mail to the communication terminal device of a corresponding transfer destination according to the transfer trigger information while monitoring whether the event information included in the transfer trigger information satisfies transfer trigger information when the transfer trigger information is established.
