PURPOSE: Air breathing structure of a clutch for a vehicle is provided to shut off counter flow of air in releasing a clutch pedal by unidirectionally flowing air in a booster and to perform air breathing by a single worker. CONSTITUTION: A clutch assembly is operated by boosting operational force of a clutch pedal with hydraulic pressure, and oil of a master cylinder is pressed through vacuum with a booster(2). An air breathing nipple(10) having an oil passage(10a) is formed in the booster, and a check valve(11) is formed in the oil passage of the air breathing nipple to flow air out of the booster. Inflow of air is prevented in operating the clutch pedal by unidirectionally discharging air from the booster. Air is shut off by closing an opening hole of a valve body with a moving body in releasing the clutch pedal without locking the air breathing nipple.
