PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of refuse derived fuel (RDF) is provided, which can produce RDF of homogeneous quality and enhanced heating value by using industrial waste and sludge. In the process, the explosion problem encountered during molding procedure is clearly settled. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of raw material treatment by feeding raw materials of combustible waste, waste paper, and sludge into the raw material treatment facility at a fixed ratio, followed by magnetic separation to remove metals before crushing the raw material; drying the waste by hot air followed by selecting light matter (paper, vinyl) and heavy matter (sludge, glass and porcelain, non-metal, plastics) for transferring the light matter to mixer and the heavy matter to the next molding step; screening for crushing followed by classifying into glass and porcelain, non-metal, plastics, and sludge by two vibrating screens, air classifier, cyclone and bag filter before storing; mixing by mixer; molding into RDF pellet; storing, collecting exhaust gas for using as a combustion air.
