An electronic module comprises a printed circuit board 1, Fig. 1, having components 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 mounted on one side thereof and being interconnected by printed wiring on the reverse side 2 of the board, the terminals of the module being constituted by free terminal leads of some of the components. These terminal leads are passed through holes in larger printed circuit boards 12 . . . 14, and connected to wiring on the reverse sides 17 . . . 19 thereof. To save space, modules mounted on adjacent boards 12, 13 are interdigitated.
