PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal inundation alarm system for a parking lot which informs a vehicle owner or the like that a parking lot is abnormally inundated with water. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an abnormal inundation detector 10 which detects abnormal inundation of the parking lot to output an alarm signal and a monitor device 12 to which the alarm signal from the abnormal inundation detector 10 is inputted. The monitor device 12 is provided with an address memory 14 in which an individual contact destination corresponding to each of vehicles parked in the parking lot is registered and a report device 16 which reports abnormal inundation to individual contact destinations in the address memory 14. Telephone sets 20 as individual contact destinations can be connected to the report device 16. When the abnormal inundation detector 10 outputs the alarm signal and the alarm signal is inputted to the monitor device 12, the report device 16 reports abnormal inundation to telephone sets 20 as individual contact destinations registered in the address memory 14.
