PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable sounder which is built into various kinds of mobile communication terminals and the like, is used for beeps and is capable of preventing the leakage of air to the front side of a diaphragm and producing the stable beeps. SOLUTION: This sounder is formed by flattening a diaphragm supporting section 5a on which the peripheral edge of the diaphragm 2 atop a resin frame 5 is placed, by which the leakage of the air from between the diaphragm supporting section 5a and the diaphragm 2 to a resonance cover 1 in driving is prevented and the stable beeps are obtained.
