PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that decreases burst property of traffic in a data communication network and suppresses quantity of a network resource to be reserved so as to enhance the operating efficiency. SOLUTION: The communication processing method where information processing units connected to a network make data communication, includes a step of shaping the length of transmission data to be below a prescribed data length when the length of the transmission data is longer than the prescribed data length and a step of adjusting the transmission interval of the transmission data to be a predetermined time interval or fluctuated values whose mean value is the prescribed time interval.
