SMALL ANTENNA AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a small antenna and to easily mount it on a printed circuit board at a subsequent process. SOLUTION: A dielectric matrix 10 that is partitioned into many dielectric chips 14 with V grooves 12 formed on one face in a grid-like shape is prepared. A radiation conductor pattern 16 is formed in each dielectric chip on the face of the V grooves 12 of the dielectric matrix 10, a ground conductor pattern 18 is formed on the opposite face in each block of each dielectric chip and a feed pin 20 is subsequently erected. A peelable sheet 30 for covering the blocks of the entire dielectric chips is stuck to the face where the ground conductor patterns 18 are formed through a double-sided adhesive sheet 28. Many small antennas stuck to the peelable sheet 30 are obtained by dividing the dielectric matrix 10 along the V grooves 12 in this state.
