摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive thin film laminated body excellent in current-withstanding characteristics as a transparent electrode used for display elements. SOLUTION: Used is a transparent conductive thin film laminated body which generates not more than 5 pieces of dot pattern with diameter of not less than 0.1μinside the plane per 0.1 mm<2> area, when an electric current with current density of 6.7×10<8> A/m<2> is passed for one minute.
