<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate, capable of suppressing occurrence of a delamination, a crack or the like and obtaining high reliability. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the ceramic laminate comprises a temporarily press bonding step of laminating a ceramic sheet 110 of a wide width having a ceramic layer 11 in a width direction, heating, pressurizing the sheet in a stacking direction and forming a preliminary laminate 111, a unit cutting step of cutting the laminate 111 of form a unit 115 having a width size including one ceramic layer in the width direction, a primarily press bonding step of stacking the unit 115 to set the number of the stacking ceramic layers 11 to the final number of the stack layers, pressurizing the layers in the stacking direction, heating the layers and forming a ceramic laminate 1, a degreasing step of removing by heating a binder resin of the laminate 1 after the primary press bonding step by 90% or more, and a baking step of baking the laminate 1.</p> |
