PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading roll the torque of which is not remarkably reduced even if the disk loading roll is used for a long time in the state that a finger and dust are adhered to the disk loading roll. SOLUTION: In the disk loading roll 10 consisting of a rubber elastic body having an outer peripheral surface whose external diameter is changed along the axis direction and loading a disk abutting against the peripheral part of the disk, the outer peripheral surface is formed in a rugged surface and the rugged surface has >=20μm surface roughness Rmax.
