MEMBER SERVICE PROVIDING METHOD AND SYSTEM USING SEMANTIC INFORMATION NETWORK, TRANSMITTING TERMINAL, RECEIVING TERMINAL, AND SEMANTIC INFORMATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a bottleneck of a load in a terminal of a community organizer in spite of increase in the number of members. SOLUTION: User terminals 31 and 32 are connected to a portable terminal 41 of the community organizer organizing a community via an invent place 101 . The user terminals 31 and 32 set member information about user attributes in the event place 101 to use it as a filter. The portable terminal 41 of the community organizer transmits event information for each user to the event place 101 as an event. The event information is received only by the user terminal in which an acquisition condition matching a reference condition included in the transmitted event is set as a filter. Only by setting/releasing the filter, the users 1 and 2 can apply/cancel member registration to the community.
