PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device enabling multi-gradation display by reducing a wiring area of display pixels to micronize the pixels, and making a holding circuit to be of multiple bits. SOLUTION: The wiring area is reduced by sharing a power supply line LVDD for supplying a power source voltage to the holding circuit 110 with an auxiliary capacitance line SCL connected with one of the electrodes of auxiliary capacitance 85. The auxiliary capacitance line SCL is arranged in parallel with a gate signal line 51 in a display pixel. The power supply lines of inverter circuits INV1, INV2 forming the holding circuit 110 are extended in the direction of crossing the auxiliary capacitance line SCL, and connected with the auxiliary capacitance line SCL. The shared auxiliary capacitance line SCL is fixed at the power supply voltage level (for example, 5 V).
