PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transceiving system that can accurately transfer a signal at a high-speed by synchronizing a clock signal with a signal arrived in its own station within a signal confirmation time width so as to avoid the effect of delay time fluctuations of a receiving circuit cased by collision of edges of a transmission signal. SOLUTION: The simultaneous two-way transmitter-receiver (terminal station) 10 (20) is provided with variable delay circuits 120, 160 (220, 260) so as to create states where edges of transmission signals from each terminal station are collided and not collided with each other. Furthermore, each terminal station 10 (20) is provided with a detection storage circuit 140 (240) that detects a signal confirmation time width of a known signal stream transmitted from other terminal station and received by its own terminal station and stores the result of detection. Adjusting a delay of the variable delay circuit 160 (260) on the basis of the result of detection stored in the detection storage circuit 140 (240) can synchronize a phase of a signal capturing clock signal within the signal confirmation time width.
