PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a system for charging which charge an information provision source according to the actual result of information use. SOLUTION: A job offering company 30 makes a registration contract, based upon a contact place number as a contract number, with an advertisement company 10 (arrow F1). The advertisement company 10 registers transfer service, having the contract number as a transfer destination, to a telephone office 50 (arrow F2) and makes job offer information 28 including its transfer source number open to the public (arrow F3). A job seeker 40 confirms the open number with the job offer information 28 and makes a call (arrows F4, 5). The telephone office 50 transfers this telephone call to the job offering company 30, counts telephone calls (arrow F6), and adds the charge for information use to the telephone charge and bills them to the job offering company 30 (arrow F7). After payment by the job offering company 30 (arrow F8), the telephone office 50 pays the difference obtained by subtracting the substitutive collection charge for the information use charge to the advertisement company 10 (arrow F9). |
