PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a portable terminal like a notepad by registering information which can be obtained only on the spot in a registration device, etc., and taking the information in the portable terminal by using a short-distance radio communication system. SOLUTION: This system includes a short-distance radio communication means which conducts radio communication with the portable terminal, a registering and retrieving means for information to be distributed to a portable terminal at a short distance, a registered data acquiring means for advertisement within a short distance or the registration of voice information, a registering device which includes a registered data storage means for storing the acquired information and is fixed in a short distance, a program which can be always carried and is previously stored and necessary for communication, an information input/output means which specifies an information name requested to be obtained by voice or key input, a short-distance radio communication means which conducts radio communication within a short distance, a portable terminal including an information storage means storing the information obtained by running the program, a base station having the portable terminal in its service area, and the Internet including a server connected to the base station. |
