PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the nature as a game and to activate a system by generating an event to a system user and giving privilege. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a server device 10 which stores pieces of contents data and event data and also stores point data by users and a terminal device 30 which sends user identification data for identifying the users to the server device 10 together with a request to send contents data. The server device 10 when receiving the transmission request from the terminal device 30 adds the point data and sends event data to the terminal device 30 when the point data exceed a specific value.
