SOLUTION: A trip reservation support server 1010 receives reservation information for demanding trip reservation from a user terminal unit 1030 through a network 1020. The trip reservation support server 1010 performs inquiry processing to a trip related web site 1050 according to the order of priority based on feature information indicating features of the reservation information.
