PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temperature of oil in a pan according to the amount of curvature of the pan regardless of the quantity of oil in the pan when heating is started in a low temperature state, while acquiring the same cooking performance as a pan with the flat pan bottom when heating is resumed in a high temperature state. SOLUTION: A current control means 6 detects a temperature <70 deg.C detected by a temperature sensor 4 when heating is started from the low temperature state and detects the amount of curvature of the bottom of the load pan 2 regardless of the quantity of oil to change the control temperature to the optimum value. The temperature of oil in the load pan 2 is thereby suppressed low in the load pan 2 with the curved pan bottom while maintaining oil in the load pan 2 to the optimum temperature for cooking in the load pan 2 with the flat pan bottom. When heating is resumed from the high temperature state, the current control means 6 detects a temperature >=70 deg.C detected by the temperature sensor 4 and sets the control temperature to a predetermined value. The oil in the load pan 2 with the flat pan bottom can thereby be maintained to the optimum temperature for cooking to secure cooking performance. |
