PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic camera for improving the operability of a user interface without increasing costs by increasing a body and incorporating a large display unit. SOLUTION: A digital processing circuit 7 of a digital still camera 20 performs specific processing based on a signal that is outputted from at least one of a connected USB mouse 40, a keyboard 50, and a projector 60, and is convenient since it can perform a similar operation by connecting the external mouse 40 and the keyboard 50 even if an operation switch that is provided at the digital still camera 20 is small. In addition, when the projector 60 is connected to the digital still camera 20, the digital processing circuit 7 detects the connection of the projector 60 by information that is transmitted from the projector side, thus transmitting image data as a specific processing, and hence for example projecting an image at the side of the projector 60. |
