PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive television broadcasting by a vehicle mounted car navigation system or a vehicle mounted television set utilizing electronic program data-(EPG data) of television program. SOLUTION: A home personal computer 29 is connected with the Internet 31 and electronic program data(EPG data) of television program is downloaded and written in a semiconductor memory 19. The semiconductor memory 19 is connected with a car navigation system 10 or a vehicle mounted television set 24 and its content is read out thus reproducing television broadcasting the liquid crystal panel 18 of the car navigation system 10 or the vehicle mounted television set 24.
