PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a protection period for a special concrete product by registering the trademark, at a stage where the action and effect thereof are verified because the remaining protection period of a special concrete product requiring several years for verifying the action and the effect is short, when it is applied to industrial property registration (patents, utility models, designs). SOLUTION: At a stage where a product is improved through a long term follow-up survey, after installation and the action and effect thereof have been verified, cross-sectional view or perspective view at relevant part of the product is linked with a brand name and represented as a trademark such, that a user can understand its use and the functions of the product thus registering the trademark of a precast special concrete product which contributes to stabilization of the company and development of the industry.
