PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure waterproof between an electric wire and a connector. SOLUTION: This member is provided with a waterproof member main body 33 having a space part 31 at the inside and closing a drawing opening 25 by being locked on the drawing opening 25 of the connector 15 drawing the electric wire 5, a locking part 35 for locking the waterproof member main body 33 on the drawing opening 25, electric wire inserting parts 37 for inserting the electric wire 5 from one side to the other side of the waterproof member main body 33 via the space part 31, and soft water stop agent 39 which is held within the space part 31 and performs water stop between the electric wire 5 and the waterproof member main body 33. The waterproof member main body 33 is formed by a pair of cover parts 41 and 43 which are combined each other and become closed states and a cover locking part 45 for locking the cover parts 41 and 43 in the closed states. The electric wire inserting parts 37 are provided on each of at least one side walls 47 and 97 and the other side walls 79 and 79 of the pair of the cover parts 41 and 43 and are constituted of opened groove parts 65 and 89 closed in the closed states of the cover parts 41 and 43.
