PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user not only to set monitoring in a time zone when the user requires monitoring but also to be informed in a remote site. SOLUTION: An object confirmation alarm system is installed in a place where discarding or leaving of big object (illegally abandoned industrial products or waste vehicles or left electric appliances, or the like) or illegal parking is frequently repeated, and this system continues monitoring in any time zone regardless of adverse weather, and the system automatically gives a warning to a violator or informs a user when confirming an object and thus the system reduces the patrol labor (cost) and reduces violators who illegally park their vehicles on a road, by the warning to contribute to reduction of accidents related to illegally parked vehicles.
