PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wired-mobile phone conversion device which can connect even a wired telephone to a mobile network by connecting a converter to the wired telephone. SOLUTION: When a wired-radio telephone conversion device 1 is used, a modular jack 2 is connected to an existing wired fixed telephone set 3, and a cable 5 connected to a home antenna 4 is connected to an antenna connection connector 6. The device 1 is provided with a wired terminal conversion adapter 8, a transmission format converter 9, a base band processing part 10, a carrier processing part 11, a high frequency processing part 12 which transmits and receives a high frequency signal to and from the home antenna, a directional coupler 13, and a reception format converter 14, and operation and voice signals of the wired telephone set 3 are converted to a format of a radio telephone form and are modulated and transmitted.
