摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting quantum-interference element driven by multi-phase high-frequency magnetic fluxes whereby such high-function logical elements as multivalued and neuron logical elements can be realized since the output of the superconducting quantum-interference element is made bipolar. SOLUTION: In the superconducting quantum-interference element driven by the multi-phase high-frequency magnetic fluxes, high-frequency magnetic fluxes Brf1 , Brf2 having different phases from each other and a DC magnetic flux Bdc are so applied to the superconducting quantum-interference element comprising three Josephson elements and superconducting inductors as to generate a fluxoid quantum. A zero-bias current step caused by injecting/ejecting the fluxoid quantum into/from a superconducting lop is generated in a voltage position proportional to the frequency of the high-frequency fluxes, and it is so utilized as to give the function served as a voltage standard to the superconducting quantum-interference element.
