PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head supporting device capable of easily pressurizing a flexible body from the side of a load beam and capable of easily adjusting a static posture angle. SOLUTION: The flexible body 12 has its one end fixed to the load beam 11 and the other end extended to the side of the free end 116 of the load beam 11. The load beam 11 has a part for fixing the flexible body 12 and opening parts 113 and 115 between with the free end 16. The opening parts 113 and 115 open on the surface of the flexible body 12.
