The device comprises a housing formed by two parts. A housing part (5) and a screen part, which is a retractable screen that can be in a closed position or an open position relative to a fixed point. In the closed position, the fixed part partly masks the screen. Projections stop the screen part from being displaced and hard points are provided to make the screen occupy stable positions.
