PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering device which eliminates the trouble to previously register a fixed message and can accurately transmit contents to be notified of by sending not only characters, but also a picture, etc. SOLUTION: The ordering device comprises a handy terminal 1 which inputs orders from customers at a restaurant, an ordering controller 2 which controls order information on them, and a kitchen printer 3 which prints a cooking indication slip according to the order information, and the handy terminal 1 is provide with a handwriting input function. Handwritten messages generated by the input function are sent to the ordering controller 2, which sends the handwritten messages to corresponding kitchen printers 3 installed in respective kitchens and on a floor, so that the kitchen printers 3 print the messages. Consequently, not only characters, but also a picture, etc., can be sent, so contents to be notified of can accurately be transmitted. |
